I mostly agree with you, but with a couple exceptions:

 

M27 There was just a thread (not sure if here or on the PS3 forum) about how this gun is actually a little too weak due to the low damage profile.  If it's killing quickly from long range, that's good--that's exactly what it was designed to do.  But from short- and even mid-range, you're going to be outgunned by other weapons with higher damage.

 

Ghost You do not have to be running (sprinting), just moving at regular "walking" speed is enough to stay off radar.  I'm okay with the current stats as far as what movement is required & what doesn't count, but it does need to be changed to include capturing a flag in domination as an exception to the "must be moving" rule.  I know that this effectively ruins Ghost as a perk for traditional snipers, but I just can't see a way around it which doesn't lead to it also being used by players who sit in corners with silenced SMGs.  Maybe if they could also make it work while aiming down sights of a sniper rifle (and only a sniper rifle), but I'm not sure how difficult that would be to add into the coding and/or whether doing so would lead to a noticeable increase to in-game lag.

 

Also:

 

S-12 You didn't include this one in your list, but it needs a damage buff.  As is, it's a hit marker machine; I can't tell you how many times I'll be within 5 feet of a person and put 4 shots into their torso without getting a kill.  And if you end up in a room with multiple enemies you can forget about it unless they're all just god-awful players.  I realize that it needs to have a little less stopping power than other shotguns because of the semi-auto fire & relatively large magazine size, but right now I think it's too much.
